These prairie curtains are beautiful! For anyone who lives in a farmhouse or loves farmhouse style decorating, these curtains are light, airy and perfect! The color in person is very close to a true white, maybe just slightly off-white, but not much. They're very sheer, which is the look I was going for. The black iron rod can be visible thru the curtains, so they're very sheer, almost gauze-like. They look so pretty hanging over plantation shutters. They're not too heavy looking and don't detract from the shutters at all, but instead add to the farmhouse look.
